So sorry it took me a while to finally write my review. Dr. Carter was absolutely amazing throughout my pregnancy & delivery! I couldn’t have asked for someone better to bring my son into the world. She made me feel safe, cared for, and confident every step of the way. I’m forever grateful for the care we received during such a special and unforgettable moment. I will always recommend Dr. Carter & her team!

Dr. Burke Bray was recommended by a family member. She is awesome. She listened to my concerns about a future c section due to a bad prior experience. I felt more comfortable after our discussion. Looking forward to delivery under her care.

Refreshing to have someone who cares. I have a long medical history, and I appreciate an advocate. Dr. Carter is a listener and proactive. I love her new location in Peachtree City too. I am glad to have her professional consideration.

Dr. Carter is a great doctor. She listens, asks questions about your health and well being, she is curious about what is and isn’t working in your life. She is caring and easy to talk to. I always feel safe and comfortable in her care.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I was 14 minutes late for my appointment, but I had called the office ahead of time to let them know I was running late. When I arrived, the front desk confirmed that I was still within their 15-minute timeframe, checked me in, and told me to have a seat and that it would “be a minute.” I waited an hour. During that hour, I checked with the front desk several times and kept being told different things. First, Dr. White was very busy and backed up. Then I was told an emergency labor came in and she had to leave. I completely understand that emergencies happen, especially in an OB/GYN office. I also understand that not every patient in that waiting room was necessarily there to see Dr. White. But what I could see was every single person in that waiting room moving and being called back except me. So I continued sitting there. When I started questioning the explanations and asking why I was the only one still waiting, eventually it came back to, “But you were late. And that's where I really have a problem. Yes, I was 14 minutes late. I called ahead. I was still within the office's stated 15-minute timeframe, and they chose to check me in. If being 14 minutes late meant Dr. White could no longer see me, then simply tell me that when I arrive and ask me to reschedule. I would have understood. But why check me in, repeatedly tell me “it will be a minute,” and then make me sit there for an hour with the possibility of waiting another hour or more? At that point, it honestly felt like I was being punished for being 14 minutes late. What made this even more upsetting is that I wasn't there for something casual. I was there because I have a concern about my breast. I was already worried, and this experience added unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation. I understand doctors are busy. I understand emergencies happen. I understand schedules get behind. But my time matters too. If a patient is too late to be seen, tell them. Reschedule them. Don't accept them, make them wait for hours, give them different explanations, and then eventually use those 14 minutes against them. Respect and communication should go both ways. Unfortunately, I left without being seen and after the way I was treated today, I cannot recommend her to another woman especially one who may already be scared or worried about her health.

Very professional. Partial hysterectomy surgery was a success. Dr. Ralsten was informative and answered all questions throughly.
