I’m very grateful for the care Dr. Cook has given me over the past 10 years. I’m so glad I found him back then—he is one of the best doctors I have ever known. He truly cares about what his patients say and takes the time to discuss any concerns, which made me feel comfortable and respected as a patient.
I’m very sad to leave his practice because of his retirement, but I truly wish him happiness and good health in this new chapter. I hope I can find another doctor like him in the future. Thank you, Dr. Cook, for your excellent care over the years.

Dr Cook is an excellent OBGYN. I started seeing him soon after I moved here 17 1/2 years ago. He has always listened and got me in when I had an emergency. Dr Cook will truly be missed. Thank you and enjoy your retirement.

Dr. White was very kind. I was nervous for the appointment, but she made me feel comfortable and at ease.
